Year 10 Dinner Dance - A Night to Remember

On Wednesday, 2 July 2025, our Year 10 students traded in their uniforms for suits, dresses, and dazzling smiles as they celebrated the much-anticipated Year 10 Dinner Dance at the stunning AQWA venue.

The evening began with exclusive access to the aquarium, where students were invited to wander through the magical underwater exhibits between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. The calming blue lights and marine life set the tone for what would be a truly memorable night.

At 6:30pm, students entered the beautifully set main ballroom, where the atmosphere quickly turned electric. From the moment the music started, the dance floor was never empty – our students danced the night away with energy and enthusiasm that was an absolute credit to them all.

The night was made even more special with an incredible menu, a spectacular donut wall, and plenty of fun with props and costumes, as students paraded and posed, capturing memories with their friends.

A special highlight of the evening came from the venue’s Manager, who commented that it was the most well-behaved and respectful group of students they had ever hosted – a fantastic reflection of the character and maturity of our Year 10 cohort.

A big thank you goes to all the staff who attended and supported the evening. Events like these simply wouldn’t be possible without your time and care.

Well done to all involved – it was truly a night to remember!
