In response to feedback regarding our parent/teacher interview procedures, we have made adjustments to better accommodate your needs.

Parent/Teacher Interviews scheduled for Wednesday, 23 July 2025, will now run from 1:30pm to 6:00pm.

This change aims to provide more flexibility in booking times for parents, along with additional timeslots. Each meeting slot will now have 10 minutes allocated, instead of 7 minutes, allowing for greater conversation and feedback.

Please note that students will be dismissed early at 12:35pm. The College has arranged for the School Bus Service 780 / 781 (fast track to Joondalup Station) to collect students at 12:50pm. Regular public bus routes 463 and 464 will operate as per usual daily timetable (see Bus Timetable 66).

We recommend checking the Transperth website for times and informing your child accordingly. Alternatively, please make suitable arrangements for your child to be collected.

Instructions on how to book your parent/teacher interviews will be sent towards the end of Term 2. Your involvement and partnership are vital to your child/ren’s success, and we look forward to these valuable conversations.
