The School Board holds a weighty responsibility, and so it was appropriate that we are in the final steps of reviewing our Board Code of Conduct. Our school and the greater community are greatly valued, so as a board, we have decided to include elements of our strategic planning into our code. Talking of strategic planning, planning is well underway, with Sharon and her senior team liaising with teachers already, and now it's our turn as the board to provide input. The strategic plan is important as it becomes the guide to achieving the results our students and community expect from Belridge Secondary College. 

As we round the corner into the last term, I remind you all of the open board meeting - details below. This provides an opportunity to see what happens at our board meetings and also to see what we are achieving as a school. Current and prospective parents, staff and the school community are most welcome to attend.
