A group of 105 Belridge Secondary College staff and students are "pushing for better mental health".

We are taking on the National Push Up Challenge to complete 3,144 push ups to start conversations, raise awareness and reduce the stigma around mental health. In 2021, 3,144 people took their own lives.

The Health & Wellbeing Team registered the school, and it has been a fun way to encourage better mental health through connection and physical activity. We are generating healthy activity whilst raising money for a worthy cause. The winning team will be crowned the title of Push Up Champions as well as receiving a great prize. All students involved will receive a Dominos voucher for a free large pizza, kindly donated by the team at Dominos Beldon.
