Netball Elimination Carnival 

Six of our Specialist Netball Teams were successful in winning their Zone at the Highschool Cup Carnivals held at the beginning of the term, who then proceeded through to the next stage. Specialist Netball students had a massive day on Friday 16 June at the Elimination Carnival, with some very close games which unfortunately knocked some teams out of finals. HOWEVER! 8.1, 10.1 the Boys Team have all made it through to the State Finals. This means they are currently sitting in the Top 4 teams in the state - a massive achievement!  The State Finals will take place on Thursday, 10th August at the State Netball Centre.    

A worthy mention for our Year 9’s, Open Girls and 10.2 teams who played some very close games, only to be knocked out.

Many staff from other schools also acknowledged the talent, behaviour and attitudes from our students - well done to all students that participated.
