Money can't buy happiness, but doing the right things can buy you an ice cream!

During Week 7, the Student Services Team recognised and celebrated students who are continually displaying positive behaviour, and engagement at school over the first half of this term. It was wonderful to see so many students eligible to receive tokens to receive an ice cream from the Ice Cream Van. A big thank you to all of these students for your hard work over a busy and difficult start to the term. Keep up the great work, we hope you enjoyed your ice creams!

National Day of Action against Violence
and Bullying

The Belridge SC community does not tolerate bullying or violence of any kind. On Friday 18 March, we combined National Day of Action Against Voilence and Bullying with Harmony Day which celebrates inclusivity, respect and a sense of belonging.

These two days are a chance for us to remind ourselves to treat others with kindness and respect no matter their, race, religion, sexuality or appearance.
It is okay to speak up, it is okay to ask for help.
If you see someone being bullied, you need to speak up.
Staff and students demonstrated their united front, and wore the colour orange to show their support for inclusivity, kindness and respect. Students participated in an activity during their Form classes, to help others in speaking up or asking for help. The staff at Belridge SC are here to help. We all need to treat others with kindness and respect, the kindness culture starts with YOU. When it comes to combatting bullying and violence, at Belridge, we stand together.
