Year 6 Transitions

Over the last few weeks Mrs Howard (Year 7 Co-ordinator for 2021) has conducted the half day transitions for incoming students. These transitions have been very successful with the students navigating their way around the school with the assistance of the Year 9 Peer Support Leaders.  The projected enrolments for Year 7 2021 is 190 – 200 students. Parents of students within the local area who have not yet enrolled are encouraged to enrol immediately so they can participate in the transition and orientation programs.

The full Orientation Day will be held on Tuesday 8 December when all the incoming students will meet together for the first time. Parents are also invited to stay for the first hour and participate in a school tour.

On the Orientation Day students will be given information and forms, including the Year 7 2021 Immunisation Program. Students will receive the Boostrix and Gardasil 9 vaccines in a two-dose regime over a six-month period.

Completed immunisation forms can be returned directly back to the College before the end of the school year or at the start of the 2021 school year.

Year 10 2021 Meningococcal vaccinations

All Year 9 students have now been given information and forms regarding the Year 10 2021 Meningococcal vaccinations to be held at the College on Monday 8 March 2021. Forms are due back this year to allow for processing. Please contact the college reception if you have not received the information pack.

Year 7–10 Semester 2 Reports

The end of the term and year is fast approaching. Semester 2 reports will be emailed to parents/caregivers on Tuesday 15 December. With a disrupted start to the year, students settled back into their routines quickly and it was great for schooling to continue without further disruption. I hope Semester 2 reports reflect the fantastic work all students have produced and the progress they have made.
